If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping fee, subject to meeting the requirements of our refund policy.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Cancelled orders are subjected to restocking fee which will be explained in details once you contact us. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to replace it with a different item, please contact us the details of the exchange and you shall be notified of the approval or rejection of the request.
If you have received an incorrect item or there are some missing items with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item you have received.
Missing stones, tarnished bands and other major defects of the jewellery you have discovered inside our products are under the 30 day policy. In the event that there are major defects in the jewellery you received please contact us within 30 days for a full replacement of the jewellery.
Unfortunately once the 30 day has passed, wear and tear after this period won't be eligible for returns.
